Must Haves: Fully fenced yard, a calm home environment, a never ending supply of bones to chew on
Personality: Amy is a very sweet and sensitive little dog who has come back into rescue because she wasn't doing well with the high energy dogs in her home. Amy is very much an old soul. She loves chewing on different types of bones and is just a really special little dog in need of a calm and quiet household.
House training/Pee Pad Training: Amy has been doing very well with her housetraining. Her foster home leaves pee-pads out "just in case," but she hasn't been needing them.
Walks/leash training: Amy can be a bit nervous getting her leash on but once she's out walking, she really loves it.
Children: Amy needs a calm environment with no small children. She is very scared of them.
Dogs, Cats and Other Friends: Ideally, Amy would have another small, low energy dog companion. She does not do well with high energy/rambunctious dogs and bigger dogs are scary for this little lady.
Best Home Environment: Amy is a very sweet little girl who is need of a calm, quiet home where she can lounge around, chewing her favourite bones. Her forever family will have to watch what they leave on the floor because Amy can be a bit of a mischievous chewer when she's alone for too long. She needs a home where there are no rambunctious or bigger dogs, no small children, and someone who will help this wee pup flourish! Amy needs a fully fenced yard; when scared, she will run, and should be considered a flight risk.
Health: Amy is up to date on all her vetting.
